    Yeah, I was going to suggest a paint your own pottery place and handprints. Mugs and plates are probably clutter, but they'd probably still be appreciated.

    My ILs are also impossible to shop for and buy whatever they need. We're counting on grandkid-themed gifts for next year!

        For my parents and in-laws, I make a calendar each year with pictures of grandkids on Snapfish. I also have made them books for DS's and DD's first year, since I take watch me grow pictures every month. Those have been big hits, and they don't take up much space.

          Oh yes, kid calendars have always been a big hit for our families as well!
          Wife to NSG out of training, mom to 2, 10 & 8, and a beagle with wings.

            For Mother's Day I got a canvas tote bag and put DH's handprints on it for MIL. Something to use for groceires, the library, etc. She liked it.
