I think these would be really cute with the dress!

Yeah, I'm thinking a wedge because of the grass. But then I feel like a metallic wedge is sort of an oxymoron because a wedge says "summer" to me and "metallic" does not.Married to a Urology Attending! (that is an understated exclamation point)

metallic is definitely summer. I had a couple pairs similar to those naturalizer ones that ALOY referenced that I wore the last two summers when preggo/chasing toddlers. (I'm really not a sneakers kind of girl. I like a heal and I wanted a closed toe for the playground.) I had them in bronze and in silver. They were surprisingly versitile - cute with shorts, cropped pants, and with skirts.Wife and #1 Fan of Attending Adult & Geriatric Psychiatrist.

Okay so dh and I are doing pictures tomorrow. The dress I ordered did not come in time. So I am going dark jeans, black empire waist top and turquoise drop earrings and necklace. Dh is wearing jeans, button up shirt and then a blueish colored bowtie. (He says he HAS to wear a bowtie) oh brother....
Anyone this yay or nay on this.....

What color shirt? I'm very old school for men so I have a problem when men do patterns on pattern with shirts and ties (or bowties).
Our pics are tomorrow too! Weather is supposed to be gorgeous, I'm really excited!Married to a Urology Attending! (that is an understated exclamation point)

We've also got pictures today. We were supposed to do it weeks ago but the weather has been poor every weekend so we keep rescheduling. And, I've been battling a migraine all weekend. This should be interesting.
K1 is wearing this: http://www.gymboree.com/shop/dept_it...ed=0&fit_type= with this jacket http://www.gymboree.com/shop/dept_it...ed=0&fit_type=
K2 is wearing a similar aqua/lime/olive/cream flannel shirt with a navy shearling lined jacket.
DrK is wearing a reversible navy/olive pullover with (olive side out) with a blue collared shirt.
I'm wearing this shirt http://www.target.com/p/merona-women..._qi_detaillink with a cream colored leather blazer and an aqua scarf.
We're all wearing dark wash jeans. The boys have blue sneakers. As you can imagine, it's taken me forever to coordinate this.Last edited by MrsK; 04-07-2013, 08:53 AM.Wife and #1 Fan of Attending Adult & Geriatric Psychiatrist.
