  • "Black Tie Optional" Dinner

We have a dinner for DH's department's 100 year celebration. The dress that I want to wear may not fit still - here are my other options (excuse the random pictures, that's all I've got for now)

    All beautiful!!

When we had the 100th celebration for DH's hospital last spring, the guys all wore tuxes and the women were in full cocktail attire. Therefore, I say you wear the blue dress.

They are all beautiful, but I say the long, blue, sparkly one!

In my need to clean while pregnant with DD2, I apparently consigned the blue dress...actually all of my long dresses. I'm so angry at myself right now. This only thing I have left is this: M0820004.JPG 100_0596.JPGwhich I don't know if it's appropriate and I doubt that it fits.

ITA - You look fab in the blue but there is something about the red that I just love, love!! I would wear the blue if everyone is wearing long and the red if they are going short.
Finally - we are finished with training! Hello real world!!

Hmm...not a fan of the light blue. Too pageant like for me. I vote fro the red if blue sparkly isn't an option

The long blue dress I would immediately notice and remember. The black is very flattering on you, but it will blend more into the party. I would dress it up with a statement necklace.

Do you have a eye catching wrap that you can add to the black dress?
