I have two weddings and a graduation coming up. The first wedding is a full Catholic mass shindig with a traditional reception. I have the dress and necklace I want to wear, but I need help with shoes.
My issue is that I have stupid feet. With weirdly high arches (seriously, they don't even touch the insoles) and Morton's neuromæ, I need something with higher-than-normal arch support and without a huge difference between the height of the heel and the height of the footbed. Any difference over about 2" - 3" will have me hobbling by the first dance. But I want heels. I'm kind of thinking that something with a platform would work, but I can't find anything that meets all of these criteria and doesn't look like either some weird bastardization of a Birkenstock and an orthopedic shoe or something straight out of a Hans Christian Anderson tale about leaky dikes.
Help, Obi-Wan Fashionistas. You're my only help.
Here's my dress for the first wedding:

I'm not opposed to crazy colors or patterns since the dress is a solid. I'm also up for buying quality, but would like to keep it under $200, if possible. I'm not completely opposed to spending more if I can get all my criteria met, though.
The graduation will include the same peeps, so I have a different dress. If I can use the same shoes, that would rock entirely. The second wedding is FAR less formal and I'd be surprised if someone did start chasing a piglet at some point. I'm not putting any effort into that one. I could roll out of bed 10 minutes before the ceremony and still be overdressed when I arrived.
