Is it going to look really silly if I don't wear heels? Since I'm not planning to go out after dinner, it's not like I'll be doing a lot of standing or walking, I suspect. Of course, I've been needing new heels for a really long time. All of mine are broken in some way, I think. Maybe one pair isn't...

I kind of like these though: http://www.naturalizer.com/en-US/Pro...her/Idina.aspx
Or just pumps: http://www.naturalizer.com/en-US/Pro...+Pr/Verra.aspx

I like the second pair, but I also think the dress would look good with flats. Maybe even a sparkly pair.

I think either of those would work. LilySayWhat can probably confirm with more authority.

You look great! Love the cat in the background and the full length mirror struggles!

Haha, we really need to get a full length mirror. Until then, I'll stand on the tub.

Apparently I just imagined that I actually ordered the Spanx last week - I swear I pressed submit, but when I realized they hadn't been delivered yet, I couldn't find a confirmation e-mail, and then I checked the website, where they are still in my cart. Can I get these at Dillard's or Macy's? I know Motherhood has some, but I don't know if they're as good. I hate when this happens!
