I don't know if this is the look you're going for, but I recently wore my Adidas Stan Smiths (the shoes in this picture) around Disneyland for 2 days straight and they were SUPER comfy.

I generally err on the side of black sneakers (wore out Coach and moved on to Pumas). However, my European friend came to visit last summer wearing teal Keds paired with a sheath dress that had some teal in the pattern. I had to admit it looked very stylish.

I have them too, and think they are comfy. But I don't have chucks, and I usually don't walk all THAT far in them.

Weirdly, besides running shoes and Birkenstocks 🙄, my corso como boots are my most comfortable shoes.

What about just cute colored new balances? Too sneaker for the occasion?

My mom has those and they are super cute in person. She's only worn them with jeans and shorts, though.
