Both my mom and I would watch Amazing Race every week. I had to ask her not to spoil the ending for me -- she would see it 2 hours before I did even though we are only one time zone apart. It comes on at 7pm MST there (6:00 here) but shows at 8 PST here (9:00 MST).

Thank you. You'd think they would make it a little easier for the viewing public to figure out their system. UGH. That's why I read instead. The only challenge is finding where the dudes hid my book.
