I have a bunch of drugs left over from my c-section recovery that I'm not going to finish (iron supplements, percocet, etc.). I hate to throw them away if there's a way I can donate them someplace. Does anyone know if/how I can give them away?

Re: Can you donate unused drugs?
I would say no, I cannot imagine gtelling one of my patients that it is OK to take Rx meds from someone other than the Pharmacy (even if personally I think it is ok). The liability is too great. When patients bring back samples that I have given them and they haven't used, even if unopened, I discard them.Luanne
