    DH is Indian and it is actually normal to put the "creditials" of the people getting married on the wedding invitation ... as in ... You are cordially invited to attend the wedding of Dr. So and So and Miss So and So (BS in blah-blah, MS in more blah-blah) ... yes, they actually put the degrees and majors.

    I was working on my masters when we got engaged and some of his family (not his parents though) thought it would be best to have the wedding when I finished my MS so we could include it ... YUCK. So when you wrote this I laughed toooo hard. LOL
