Gahhhh! I can't reply. I just lost a whole post. I keep getting weird blank splash screens. PM boxes are smaller. The forum is really, really narrow, and I can't even see my own posts in their entirety. There is a lot of blank space and background space on the sides. My signature is missing, and I don't have the permissions to edit it. I would love it if the "view new posts" link could also be at the bottoms of the pages like it was, because I'm lazy, don't want to scroll, and I keep looking for it. That's all I can think of right now. Not complaining, just humbly noting. I am also missing PMs since August of 08.

Heidi...what browser are you using?

Can you try clearing your cache and see if it makes a difference.

I have tried with mozilla and IE and I can't duplicate it....

I will also upload a generic forum template to see if that makes a difference for you.

Heidi, go to your user profile and try the prosilver style just to see if this is a theme error.

I do think it is a theme thing. This isn't as cute, but it works.

At least this gets you on. I will try and figure out the theme issue....and...cutify the other theme

Let me see if I can get the signature thing figured out first. I can see it in your user profile in the admin cp, but it just isn't showing up...kind of like all of my private messages! LOL

Yeah, it gets me on. I don't like the interface of the new one. View new posts is only available on the index page. That just won't do! I'll try firefox, and I'll let you know.

It's okay in Firefox. It's just narrow. I like the retro theme better than prosilver, if only for the avaliability of the "view new posts" button.

And if I'm being picky:
I don't like the pointy chin smilies
I also liked the "view active topics" button on the bottom as well as the top.
The "logout, profile, etc" are kinda squished together.

I don't like them either. We'll get some new smilies.

See if you like the prosilver size and I can make it prettier for you and add the view new posts thing.

Are those of you who are having size issues posting from a mac? I'm just trying to figure out why some of us are having certain problems and some of aren't.

I'm not on a Mac. I'll go back and look at the prosilver directions and see if that changes it. On my laptop screen, there are about three inches of the wallpaper on either side of the "stuff" like this post a reply box. I'm not sure how to make it wider. There isn't anything getting cut-off, it's just different. I'm a creature of habit.
