I don’t have any tattoos. I don’t even have my ears pierced!

My mom passed away when I was 18 and I was going to get a tattoo in memory of her. But I decided I would wait 5 years and get one with my sister, who would be 18 then. Well I changed my mind 5 years later, but my sister got 2 tattoos! I’m glad I did not get one. I just don’t like the look of them. And I would get tired of it.

When I was 18 I wanted to get a shooting star with my mom’s name. I wanted it on my wrist or shoulder, I’m glad I changed my mind because I wouldn’t want the same thing now.

I've got two. Think I mentioned it in the last thread about tattoo's. I've got a octopus on my right shoulder in bright blues and pinks and a planet on the inside of my left wrist with two small stars. I would still like another- a squid in red/orange swimming up my inner forearm but doubt it will happen. II've wanted that since I was 17. I hate wearing long sleeves and feel I would have to cover it up whenever doing work functions with dh. I really didn't think the pain was bad. The octopus took five hours but it wasn't unbearable or anything. The artist was amazing and I credit a lot of that to his skill. If I ever get dh to take a photo of my tats I'll post them here

Also, my sister in law has a lot of tattoos. One is a bunch of stars on her shoulder. And she has a star colored in for each of her siblings(5 total). My and DH's star is pink I think that's sweet.

I have an obsession with octopuses – they are so exquisite. I would love to see a pic your tattoos!!
