    I agree with Yoga. It can be a great mood stabalizer. I also love to swim. There is something about swimming (laps) that is totally relaxing and rejuvinating.

    I sew. You can sew clothes, home decor, etc. It's fun. You can get a few easy pattern books like In Stitches by Amy Butler or Simple Sewing by Lotta Jansdotter. Really cute and fun patterns for home. Also, searching for and purchasing fabric can be really addicting!

    I've always wanted to learn how to make pottery. An art or pottery class would be fun I think.
