    Last Night

I'm going to go help my friend move - I look over, and DH is at the DVR with his dinner.
"I'll be back later on tonight - what are you watching?"
    "Uh... Glee?"

    *giggle*

It's like he didn't want to get caught or something - I came back just in time to see his lit-up face at the final song of the episode.

    I LOVE GLEE!

DF and I like it too! The main guy (teacher--what's his name?) is getting a little annoying, though. Can someone really not realize his wife is wearing a fake pregnancy pillow??

The cheerleading coach is my favorite. She has the best ridiculous one-liners! She played the same type of role in the movie Role Models and was soo funny!

I know! I've been wondering about that.

I always figured it was because their die-hard coach has them in cheerleader mode 24/7. She probably makes them sleep and bathe in their uniforms.

Some seriously great one-liners last night!

"I can't wait to start singing and dancing and maybe even putting on the Ritz a little bit."

"It's cubic zirconia. I know how affected you were by Blood Diamond."

Plus Sue's whole journal entry...too funny!

I loved the journal entry too--I think it might be therepeutic, perhaps I should try it

I love Sue's "smell under your arms...that is the smell of failure. Your tanning privileges are revoked." I have episode 4 and 5 on the DVR (yes, I finally have one!) and am eager to watch them.

I loved the journal entry! I have to say - each episode gets better and better. I really love Glee I was a show choir dork in high school, so it really hits home, plus it's really entertaining

Glee is the only show i set my DVR to record...unfortunately I failed to protect it and someone stopped it 15 mins in!!! grrrrrr
Hulu didn't have it on yet, but I discovered that it was posted for viewing on Fox.com,after it had regularly aired in all the time zones...so I got my fix!

My cheerleading squad wore uniforms almost every day, so it's not that weird to me. Every time there was ANY home game, no matter the team, we wore our uniforms for support. Granted, sometimes, that meant we wore the uniform top with coordinating sweats, not just our skirts; or a t-shirt with our skirt. Either way, there was some variation on the theme almost every day. My parents loved it because they didn't have to buy me too many school clothes.

P.S. I loved the show -- I watched it for the first time last night.

"Don't worry Mr. Shu - we're going to smack them down like the hand of God!" - Archie

I wanted there to be more singing last night - the only thing I didn't like was that the wife still seems super catty and not in a good way. She drives me nuts, but delivers some of the best lines.

My favorite: "I'm desperately to ignore the treacly sweet inanity of your asinine conversation but now I've got bile in my mouth."

Can't remember the actress' name but she is great in the Christopher Guest movies and in this. I am caught up with the Kristen Chenoweth episode and have one more on the DVR.
