I could be wrong, but I always correlated them to the Texas version of corsages for homecoming.Married to a newly minted Pediatric Rad, momma to a sweet girl and a bunch of (mostly) cute boy monsters.

Wow. I've never seen these things before in Florida. I also thought "mums" would be the flower before watching the video...Boys give them to their girlfriends? Do moms also make them for their daughters or were those women just making them for boys to give away?
