I think I will have DH meet the peeps down the street at the City Hall and ask for cash. Hopefully, he won't be duped like his brother. ... I was so worried about buying a car, but it was so easy. We used an A/Z plan, which sets a price almost at dealer invoice price. No haggling, it's all done by the computer!

It depends on your state, google it. When we sold our car in CA we had to create a bill of sale, both parties had to sign it and then we had to send it in to the DMV to transfer the tags because you don't keep your tags when you sell a car there. In addition to signing over the title.Wife to NSG out of training, mom to 2, 10 & 8, and a beagle with wings.
