Good to know. I like Brian Williams and I am partial to Nightly News, so I'm glad that they stuck with tornado coverage for the most part.

I didn't know the death tolls had risen to almost 300! So upsetting! I'm from just outside Atlanta, GA originally, so this hits way too close to home for me. I'm very lucky that no one I knew was directly affected by the tornadoes, but my heart breaks to think of the destruction and devastation my beloved southeast is dealing with right now! Kinda tempted to go home next week and volunteer to help...

They are now calling the mission a recovery mission instead of search and rescue. They are expecting the death toll to continue to rise. With the exception of the Royal Wedding Coverage news stations have been doing 24 hour coverage since the storms started. I finally got in touch with a good friend of mine who lived in Tuscaloosa only to find out that his house was completely demolished. Everyone here is really pulling together to help the victims of the storm, it is truly something to witness. A local festival here that always takes place here this time of year has switched gears to be benefit for the victims.

Please continue to pray for the victims.
