Dr Kike(not a name I felt comfortable w!!!) was my endodontist, once. Even bigger ASS than Dr Payne. I cried and could feel everything. With the rubber damn in my mouth and not being able to breath properly, I snorted really really loud, through my nose, trying to catch my breath while crying. Hated him. I told my general dentist he suck w bedside manor. General dentist said, "there's another dentist in town, Dr Christian". Lol.
