I'm so sorry. We typically don't do much, if anything, for anniversaries/birthdays/VD so it isn't usually in my radar, but it's still nice to be acknowledged.

We usually decide ahead what we are doing whether it be nothing, clearance stuff the day after or a $5 limit. That way there is no pressure or disappointment. Speaking of which I still have some homemade coupons to cash in on! Thus year I requested that we go to Dairy Queen tomorrow night for a mini-date.

Thanks everyone! I've decided to hand him a blank piece of paper and ask him to write a Valentine's note. And play me a song on his guitar. Perfect. No need to spend money.

Although I'm going to take your advice and buy myself some flowers AFTER V-day when they are on sale. Love it!

We're not big gift people, but the dude did a seriously amazing job for our anniversary a couple weeks ago. My favorite part of his months-long-planned love fest? The love letter he wrote to me. That alone would have been enough to make me always remember this anniversary.

We are celebrating Valentine's Day on March 1st. That's how romantic we are.
Eh, I don't expect much. The most romantic and sexy things he can do are never holiday-centric, just everyday life stuff.
