I know you said you weren't sold on vistaprint, but they have a $70 for $17 deal going on now on Groupon. (http://www.groupon.com/deals/vista-p...urce=uu3524024) It would make them really affordable. I've used them for Christmas and birth announcements this year with similar Groupons, and I was really happy with their quality.
