CP, It is on North Ave somewhere around the 40's, I don't remember exactly. It is a super sketchy neighborhood that we would drive through to get from Tosa to downtown. It cracked me up every time I saw it. I always wanted to stop and take a picture, but was afraid of actually stopping the car there.
