check question for the Dr.

Our personal checks do not have anything other than our names. He never wants to be identified as a physician!

First name/last name here too - DH puts Dr on NOTHING. If we get something in the mail with Dr. then we know it came from some mailing list through one of his org's usually.

Ok, us too. I just got a personal check for my mom's club and it said Dr. Such and Such and then his wife's name. I'll keep my thoughts to myself and assume there is an actual reason they need it to be known he is a doctor on personal checks. I thought maybe I was missing something.

No judgement V! DH personally, just doesn't like people knowing he's a Dr. and will drive by the store change out of scrubs and go back. I'd just never seen checks like that before. And if DH was in school foreva like yours, I'd probably have Dr. written all over the damn place. Love you!

We hardly ever write checks, but people at church would have figured out he's a dr anyway since his pager goes off during Mass on a regular basis. Pimps and dealers use cell phones now.

Yup, the pager always gives them away! I also let our K teacher know what DH does on the getting to know your kid form, in case R started talking about daddy sleeping at work!
