So, one of our residents is originally from here. He and his wife met when he was in CA for med school. Upon moving back, he said to his wife (who was about 8 months pregnant with #2), "Honey, I think you need some chickens in the backyard. You know, you could make me fresh eggs every morning". Her response - "I don't know who you think you married, but I'm from Orange County and have no interest or desire to own or care for livestock"

They only looked at the comps for our house sale. It screwed us and we lost over $13K bc we appraised low due to our neighbors selling for well below their appraised value.

I'm only a little bitter.
