Random fact: I was watching a random interview this morning (from before Francis was elected), and they were asking what would happen if there was white smoke and it was raining/foggy/etc. Bells also toll - but I guess Benedict was the one who was supposed to be in charge of the bells, so they didn't ring on time when he was elected
