Yeah, 30 isn't bad. Although I could really do without the "you're 30, unmarried, childless, and still don't know what you want to be what you grow up? And you still rent?! Well at least you don't look older than 24, so you can get away with it" comments that I get.
I hate people.I'm just trying to make it out alive!

I turned 30 in March. Seems pretty good so far. I envisioned this at 15 and some things are very different and some things are exactly the same as I pictured (the really tall husband ironically). It's a lot better than I thought it might be.Married to a Urology Attending! (that is an understated exclamation point)
Mama to C (Jan 2012), D (Nov 2013), and R (April 2016). Consulting and homeschooling are my day jobs.

I must be such a weirdo. While I'm devastated daily that my children are growing, I love every year I gain! I look toward so many older, wiser women and strive to be just like them (okay, maybe not just because I am pretty awesome, myself). I really hope it never changes. Maybe 40 will hit hard, but so far, the thirties have been pretty great.-Deb
Wife to EP, just trying to keep up with my FOUR busy kids!

Yep, I'm loving my 30s so far! My early 20s were fun when I was in college, but mid to late 20s sucked worse than my teenage years! (Partly due to the medical training, but mostly just the sense of not having any idea what I was doing...)Laurie
My team: DH (anesthesiologist), DS (9), DD (8)
