My two oldest went with their neighbor and returned with whole pillow cases of candy. Full sized twix, butterfingers, snickers. The younger two have are a reasonable stash they will burn through in a couple of days.
I'm always torn on just letting them rip through it, or let them binge for one day and then confiscate the remaining to ration out. When they start eating a lot of candy the get hyper, cranky and refuse to eat full meals. When the youngest ones run out of candy they will start strealing from the older kids and start fights. If the youngest don't succeed in locating their older sibs' candy stashes they melt down because they don't have any candy and they see their old sibs still eating candy. It always feels like a no-win situation.
