    What's the most expensive

    Piece of clothing or accompanying purse, shoes etc that you've ever bought? Jewelry doesn't count!

      I'm not a clothes/shoe person. How about horse related? I just got a new pair of Ariat (tall) boots. I wore the last pair for 4 years. Get my monies worth...but still hard to spend the $$
      Saddles can be compared to purses but I won't go there lol

        My wedding dress. Otherwise, $85 for my wedding heels.

        I'm a clothes person but not a purse or accessory person

              Umm, my wedding dress was $250. About $100 for specialty ballroom dance shoes.

                        Oh yeah, wedding dress for sure. I really hope A wants it someday, it's a pretty classic style. Next up is probably my J Crew cashmere blend winter coat with Thinsulate, somewhere in the $300 ballpark. Poor thing has been a bit abused though, I need to get it cleaned and rehabbed before next winter.

                          I think around $500 for Foley + Corinna purse back when we lived in NY (and I really couldn't afford it). It ended up being totally worth it, though, because I used it nonstop for the next 5 years. I'd still use it today if it was big enough to fit all my baby crap.

                            My wedding gown. I think with the veil it came to $400-500.

                            Other than that, this purse in teal and in yellow. Each was close to $250 I think.

                              Between $250-$300 for a Northface long winter jacket. I can't remember the exact price since I bought it when I was pregnant for years ago..
