Good! I bet she's resting up to burst into full-on puppy mode once she's healed. Watch out baseboards and table/chair legs!

More like kid toys, socks, shoes, crumbs...easy pickings! And the thought "at least our stuff is all 'residency grade' for puppyhood" has been uttered. Ha!

It really is crazy, isn't it? I've started packing our stuff in clear plastic tubs when we go to my parents' cabin on the weekends, so it's at least I can easily see everything we've packed.

              PUBLIC -August Rant thread

Rant: DH's third night of call this week is tonight. It has been an extraordinarily busy week with back-to-school stuff. The kids and I are sick of each other. I have no energy to entertain them and they are bored as hell. Rave: DH did take them out to breakfast so I could exercise alone at home this morning.

Amen. The K Bros have been beating the tar out of each other just for kicks today.

I can't find my external hard drive. It's got all of my edited pictures on it. I've got another one as a backup, but it just has raw files, not really sorted or anything.

Whew, found it! I always keep it in the basket on the table between our two recliners, except sometimes I leave it in my recliner. I suspected it had probably fallen down in mine, but I had only had a chance to pull the cushion off and look quickly. Finally got to look harder tonight though and found it wedged way down in it. So happy though!

We have some serious de-cluttering and organizing that needs to be done before baby #2 shows up. We need to empty out most of our current guest/hobby room and either get rid of it get it into the office or attic in an organized manner. I wish MrsK lived closer so that I could hire her! I told hubby and my mom that all I want for Christmas is for someone to come in and help me with all of this. I just sent out an e-mail to one service to get an idea of how much this might cost.

Woke up feeling awful, of course hubby is on call and busy, and my kid won't just sit still and do one thing. Doing my best to keep her alive while laying on the couch...

Hubby said recently that zofran has been downgraded for use in pregnancy. You can probably use it if you have it but call your OB first? Feel better fast. :/
