Valerie, this drives my daughter crazy too. She has taken 2 nutrition classes (not an expert) and gets frustrated when people try to sell her shake supplements, etc.

Beach vacations. I grew up in Florida and I just hate the beach. I hate having sand in my sheets and crunchy beach hair. I don't even like shellfish. I know it's sacrilegious but I freaking hate the beach
