It depends entirely whether I'm at work or not- if I'm at work, I'm lucky to check email once a day in the hotel room. However....when I am at home-

It's on all day, everyday and I frequently check in here, and several other places- mostly the Russian adoption sites at the moment. It's usually based on whatever I'm currently obsessing over- and now it's Nikolai.
