I finished it on Friday before my parents arrived. I agree it wasn't as good as 5 but it was still good. When do we actually get to start talking about it?

I have no tolerance for those that are not Harry Potter nerds. I honestly think there is something wrong with you if you aren't as obsessed with HP as I am.
I'd apply to Hogwarts any day.

In my last job, there were 3 other HP freaks like me and we had HP nicknames for co-workers so we could talk about them openly.
I know.. the shame of it all. And these people were physicians!
But we had a He who must not be named, Moaning Mertle, Snape and Wormtail. And they were all quite deservingly so...
There is a website with the sorting hat that will tell you which house you are in. I don't recall it but it's great fun! I am sad to say I got sorted into Slytherin. mmm...I think it's all the evil thoughts as a result of being a medical spouse.

ohhh....If you find the sorting house website let me know! I predict that I'm NOT Gryfindor because I'm sort of a coward, which is the antithesis of Gryfindor's virtues.

DH and I are both Gryffindor. I made him do the sorting ceremony. We're only about half-way through, but I'd love to discuss it when I finished as well.

)Holy balls! I just finished GOF and I can't believe: 1) what happened to Cedric ( !); 2) Snape- what a complex character :! ; and 3) Mad eye Moody (as in why would he teach the children the forbidden curses instead of keeping them powerless against the dark forces....this doesn't gel for me. Anyone care to explain this?

I found some HP for adult message boards. I thought that I was a little over-the-top about HP, but holy cow, there is a whole subculture out there with way too much time on their hands. (Of course, I surfed these sites for three plus hours and had to take work home with me. )

What would you all think about starting an HP discussion? I half want to start it in a secret forum to somewhat sheild my dorkiness. Seriously, I find myself referencing HP when talking about real life situations. It is sort of like those modern day STar Trek Geeks.

Anyway. If you all solemny swear to join me, I'll post a list of questions.
