    Things I do well:

    Good cholesterol genes!
    I drink milk!
    I like a variety of foods (like all of the bad for me stuff).
    I talk a good game.
    I don't add extra salt or eat a lot of salt.

      I need to start weight training and core strengthening again. Running, biking and swimming have done wonders for me cardiovascularly, but the rest of me has declined. I want my 6-pack abs and buff arms back. I'm considering splurging for a trainer twice a week for a month or two. I need a new routine.

      I need to fall out of love with potato chips and get more protein in my diet. I'm not a big meat eater, but this time of year I tend to do well with fish.

      Shucks, now I'm hungry and it's an hour till' lunch time and I forgot my cottage cheese and blueberries at home and have to buy something today
