Along the lines of "he might be a doctor's kid if," my 4yo tonight very innocently suggested that it will be his turn to have daddy fix his tummy ache after daddy (who was working late again) finishes taking care of all the other sick people.
The 4yo also suggested we donate our charity collection this month to a mental health organization (or one that teaches adults how to swim) while the almost 3yo, who has declared that he wants to become a "big animal doctor," suggested we give to a charity that helps crocodiles with headaches.

My sweet DD this past week told me when I picked her up from school "I'm so glad you are here" Normally I just get a big HI and a big hug. It just melted my heart.

DrK is home late tonight so I told the K Bros that I needed them to be helpers. They asked what needed to be done and I started reciting the list: clear the table, wash dishes, nurse Lambie, fold the laundry, clean gum out of the dryer, pick up toys, take baths. .. they volunteered to nurse Lambie.
