Even without the CIO, Healthy Sleep Habits has some great information on sleep. I'm kicking myself for letting my copy escape with a bunch of other books I donated. (I can't find it, so I assume that's where it went.)

Absolutely--Healthy Sleep Habits, Happy Baby has been great for us. I don't think CIO is for everyone, and Weissbluth tends to lean in that direction. But there are some helpful suggestions for each stage. I have it on my Kindle.

Dd is a great sleeper these days, but it wasn't always that way. .

I have just put a hold on Milk Memos at the library. I will definitely be texting you all when I return.

She didn't sleep at all last night - I think we've entered the 8 week growth spurt. All sleep bets are off.

Big big hugs to you guys. Her sleep will right itself but I know it is so exhausting right now.

So we had a win on the night time sleep! Slept 4 hours, then 3, then was up fussing but dozed for another hour. She has not slept but 45 minutes today though so I'm sure tonight will be interesting. Oh yeah, and 8 week shots are on Thursday. Something tells me that I'm going to have a BAD night on Thursday.

She might surprise you and sleep heavy after the shots! Hope you get more of the good sleep!

Mine always slept well on shot nights so hang in there, maybe she'll prove you wrong!

N was really fussy the day of her first 2 shots, but it didn't affect her sleeping. The next two times she went back there really wasn't a mood change

So glad things seem to be getting better! Mine always sleep a ton right after shots. Maybe you'll get lucky!

She is finally sleeping on my chest. I'm hoping that this will make her less fussy since she's been sleep-fussing all day (where they don't open their eyes but just half cry). My arm is completely asleep.

Great! How is she doing as far as what you thought could have been reflux? Are you fiddling with her bedtime at all?
