I know I can be a big windbag sometimes ( I'm working on this) but today I just about lost it.

"Hey Flynn...it's your treat day tomorrow again! What are you bringing (I say I'm not sure)?
    Well don't forget...O R G A N I C!!!!!"

I kid you not. The woman spelled the word. I pulled a Luanne and was SO dumbfounded I looked at her like she was nuts.

OMG. This woman is a few cars short of a FLUSH.

Well tomorrow you can kindly point out that you didn't seem to receive the additional donations from everyone to afford the premium O-R-G-A-N-I-C prices and this, is.not.nor.will.be. O-R-G-A-N-I-C.

I would just continue to not bring in organic food- what a crock. I can't stand people telling me what to do...especially imposing their strong beliefs on me...and my pocketbook.

I'd be dumbfounded too. And next time she asks what you are going to bring tell her "Ice cream sundaes with an organic cherry on top-- of course"

Really? There are no words that come to mind right now, but I'll probably be lying in bed tonight thinking of what I would like to say to this woman, if I were you.

At this point, I think I'd take in Twinkies (and no, I don't feed my kids that stuff).

She sounds excessive. She needs a big fat non-organic cookie!

I can't wait until tomorrow's update. While I think it is fine to want organic only for your kid, you shouldn't push it on others. There are so many other serious things in this world to worry about. I'll bet my SIL would love a fresh peach over in Afghanistan, and who cares if it is organic. If she asks why you didn't bring organic, politely tell her that you thought she was kidding, since noone in their right mind could possibly say what she did.

What a nut. I'm sorry, Flynn...although I'm sure she'll be the sorry one if she keeps pestering you.
