Tea Collection has good sales. I have bought a few things at Peek, but I feel like the quality just isn't that great great. The clothes are really cute there though.

If you go to Nordstrom, you can ask for help with putting together outfits. Tell them to start at the sale rack. . I have no qualms about laying out my criteria: that I don't want anything to break the bank, no weird phrases printed on them, and no animals (dd gets spooked by animals on her clothing!).
