I've been reading random things lately about various supplements and their efficacy. I'm *really* bad about taking daily pills (thanking the universe that my children and I have thus far avoided a condition where that is actually a requirement), so I don't want to have 10 different things to take.

What, if any, supplements do you take? (I'm thinking Fish Oil, Vitamin B12, etc.)
Why? (what are they supposed to address/prevent)
Have you noticed a difference?
We have such an opinionated group and so many of you have surely done research. I'd love to learn from you (and avoid such research myself ) .
