it does get easier. Once you have added foods to your daily totals, they come up again you don't have to search as hard for them. Using the recipes also makes things much easier - I did one for how I like my coffee, so I don't have to add the creamer every day.

Ahhh, recipies. I wasn't sure how that worked but I'm def sick of adding the cream & sugar with the coffee everyday. Will check it out.

It is getting a little easier. I'm trying to keep busy. I think loseit needs to add an exercise to their list- walking while carrying 30lb toddler - I was huffing & puffing & thinking I wonder how many calories I'm burning! Lol!

They have all sorts of random exercises on there...but if you're going to have a social site, "sexual activity" is probably not a calorie burner that people will want to publicize

I wouldn't mind some of that particular activity!

LOL, I didn't notice that particular exercise. Eh, with four young kids, I don't think it ever makes it to the level of being considered a calorie burner.

Kris, no hot dates lately? Foo.

I am joining in on the eating better/getting in shape/changing my life business! I have a healthy menu planned all week, and tonight I start swimming with the masters group in our local swim club. That will be three times a week for an hour each time. Can't wait to get into some kind of routine!

Oooh. Ouch. But then, I get exhausted after a single lap. Good for you!

Day one was painful! I swam 2200 meters - so 88 laps - and my arms are SO tired. I hurt all the way down to my toes. We will see how day 2 goes on Thursday.

Now I just have to stick to eating right!

I think my biggest problem is that I just want to eat and eat... that I'm not content just eating enough to be full you know? I just keep. on. eating.
Trying to drink lots of water to curb that feeling of needing to eat so much.
