Trying to find workout time is just as hard as it's always been. I need a nanny. LOL. Well, it's a new week.

Is there a YMCA near you...ours have free babysitting. So it's like a built in playgroup for e and a workout for me. I can't believe i didn't do thus years ago.

It's impossible for me to find time to work out during the day, which is why I get up early and do it before my kids get up (hence the flurry of posts by me at 4:30am ... ). If you can motivate yourself to do it, it's also nice to get it done and out of the way for the day.

As for me, I've lost all but 4 pounds of the baby weight! And, this is the last time I have to do the post-partum weight-loss thing! Yay!!! Unfortunately my favorite jeans still don't fit me, but I wonder if it's because my body shape has changed? Boo.

No. We're in a "smaller" suburb. The local rec center doesn't open until 6. I used to work out at 4:30 or 5am. But then I'd need two naps to get through the day.

If someone wants to text me to tell me to get my ass out of bed and go hang with the elliptical at 5am every morning, please feel free. But otherwise, the snooze button is my friend.

I finally started losing. It has taken forever!!
But regardless and pound is a pound. I have been running every morning at 7am and counting calories. Hopefully there will be a 2 more by the end of the month.

I dunno, I just do! I'm definitely a morning person and apparently don't need a lot of sleep ... those things both help!

Well, I can text you and meet you for coffee afterwards

I've been managing to get up to run at 5:15 two days a week...paying for a running class is good motivation! Haven't made it up for Yoga yet, though--I've tried no less than 4 times and always ended up going in the evening.

I hate weekdays enough as it is...I can't bring myself to increase the misery by going to the gym before work. Especially now that my boss has demanded that i stay at work until 7pm (at the earliest). I wish i was able to take a lunch hour and go work out (another thing that we're really not allowed to do at my job).

At least (after eating badly for a week) I am back on track and eating healthy...now I just need to start taking the stairs at work and maybe get in some Wii action when I get home!

If I get up at 5, I'm not going to be able to drive to Startbucks (or even Coffee N Cream) until I've had a nap. ha ha! I can just meet you for coffee or lunch though.

I walked for an hour today, yay!!! A friend dragged my sorry butt to the mall this morning where it's nice and warm. (They open early morning for walkers)

Bokelley, yay for losing! And migirl, you are so a morning person. I can't even imagine hauling out that early.

                        DrS'sMiss, still swimming?

Good for you for getting up and moving!! Even if you had to be dragged kicking and screaming

I am still swimming. Today was my third practice because I missed on Sunday but I am starting to feel better and better in the water. Now to get a handle on the food part of my life and I should be good to go!

awesome job Bonbon and DrS'sMiss! I know that feeling when you get back in the water, and it's kinda awkward at first. I have haven't been in the pool in about 3 months now, but hopefully after my business trip next week, I'll get back in it early feb! But I did put in 20 miles last week...felt great!

I love, love to swim but haven't been in the pool in forever. I should put that on my "to do" list this week. I did go to the gym for some cardio yesterday and am planning on some weight lifting this afternoon when the man goes into the hospital. Does anyone have any suggestions for really good swim goggles? Mine always seem to leak.
