        • oooh, I think I need to but out DD's hula hoop and see if I can finally figure out how to do it. It would be a good workout that is quiet for when my knees are bugging me.

          • Kris, do it! Watch something good on TV or a movie and it'll make time go by faster while you're hooping

I'm resigning myself to being chubby forever.
Health above skinniness. My dad just had a cardiac cath procedure and, by all accounts, narrowly avoided CABG. He's the only one of his male siblings who's avoided it, and probably because he's been a runner most of his life. His sisters are both on cholesterol lowering drugs too. Suddenly a 10,000 steps/30 aerobic minutes goal feels more urgent. Heart health is no joke! Be strong!

                  • I literally can't stop eating after I do spinning and barre in the same morning. Like constantly freaking snacking. Please make it stop.

Oh I almost always workout for 2 hours... If not two hours, I at least try for cardio and an hour of cross/strength/mind-body type workouts.

I have no kids, I work at home, my DH is never around... It isn't that hard for me to find time! I honestly have time for third hour if I don't have to make dinner or clean - or if I stay alway from the internet, which rarely happens! I guess it's nice that I save on commuting and getting ready time. I think it probably gives me 4 extra hours a day.

Yea, I suppose I could work out 2hrs a day but then the house would never get clean...and I'd never be on IMSN

                          • So, DH has lost 17 pounds since the beginning of the year, and I've lost 9. I'm happy for my hubby, but it's so fucking unfair!!

I had hit a plateau in the beginning of the month and went to MN and gained a couple pounds, but 3 days of possible flu, and I've dropped all that I gained in MN and a couple more.

It's the only good thing about being sick.

                            • Its just like a thing for me. The last months I actually really tried to scale back bc of the fertility stuff. I was no more productive - just watched more tv and silent more time online. So I've decided in over that and back to two-a-days. I love it. I sleep so well and am too exhausted to think about how much I hate living here! It's great

17!!! I'd be annoyed too, but 9 is awesome. Strong work!
