I gave up dieting. I feel so much better. No more low calorie or low carb for me. I started pushing myself to walk 30 min a day ... then an hour. Now I find I'm slowly more conscious of what I've been eating. Also, I greatly underestimated calories in some of my favorite foods...so I've cut back on them.
I have no idea about weight loss because I got rid of my scale.
I'm focused on getting healthier. Screw vanity.
