        • I give myself one day a week off to eat terribly (the rest of the time I really don't eat refined sugar or unhealthy fats...mostly lean meats, yogurt, cheese, whole grains, fruits and veggies). It's what keeps me able to eat healthy the rest of the week and stay on track diet wise. So usually, one weekend day is filled with sugar, fat, lots of carbs. Today I don't think I've had any protein (unless you count an ounce or two of cheese on pizza) but I HAVE had one of those huge novelty lollipops. I think that straight sugar (without fat or protein to balance it) made me feel really ill. Blech.

          • I've only ever heard good things about WW, Cassy! I hope it's exactly what you need. FWIW, I hit a major plateau, so I did a 5-day Nutrisystem pack (you can get them from Walmart), and it helped to get things moving again.

            • I'm 5lbs under my pre-pregnancy weight. I'd like to lose about 5 more, although right now I'm 20lbs over my weight when I got married.

                        • I've been hitting my hot yoga religiously 5x a week for the last three weeks to make up for my winter of sloth and sickness. I have been popping Tylenol for two days... And decided I'd better skip today. I'm OLD! *sigh* For those of you that are actually athletic, does the muscle soreness after a hard workout ever go away?

                          • I'm at my halfway point to my weight loss goal!! I'm also at my halfway point for my 30 day Wii challenge - and the program is getting more intense. Once my Wii program is over, I'm going to try one of those 30 day or similar ab programs. Does anyone have any recommendations to get my abs slimmed down?

Have you tried a foam roller? I've never used one, but I've heard great things about them helping with the sore muscles. Diggitydot? WGW??

I had a yoga instructor tell me she's pretty much sore from yoga everyday...she does ashtanga yoga though (a few times a day no less). I was sore for over a week after her hour and a half class (and I was in decent yoga shape at the time). I shudder to think how it would go now...

Anyway, I'm not terribly athletic but I vary between randomly being sore and being fine...and often wonder why with each!
