    Did the 20 minute ab workout from Turbo Jam today. The lady is cheesy but her workouts are fun and go by quickly.

      I thought really hard about going to the gym, but is damn cold outside. I am going to stretch and do abs today. I'm feeling marginally better, and returning to work tomorrow (woot!)

      Yesterday I had soup for lunch and dinner. I love soup. It (can) be low cal, high vegetable content, and it fills me up. Im starting my own soup diet. I can definitely enjoy soup and stick with it and hopefully unload some of that junk in my trunk.

        Went to the gym. Realized I'm the heaviest I've been since my divorce. And that all that extra junk makes body weight exercises *that* much harder!

              Almost enjoyed my run today. Hit a rhythm I could keep over the 3 miles. 10 miles under the belt this week. Feeling better for it.

              It does get easier folks!

                It's soooooo cold! I hate going to the gym. I like running or walking outside. My sinuses hate outdoor exercise. Ugh. I need to just take my butt to the gym or bundle up and have Benadryl ready for when I finish.

                  Don't hate me but I spent an hour in the pool doing water aerobics. Yes it was a nice 80 degrees today. I had an eye opening realization the other night watching "Big Women Big Love" on Lifetime. One gal stated her weight and it was only 20lbs more than me and I thought she was huge. Big shock for me. I have arthritis in both my knees and hips so conventional exercise is out of the question.

                    So my scale came -- I'm down 10 pounds.
                    I have goal weights along the way to help -- man, my lower abs don't want to work anymore. 😄

                      Thirteen, mine are shot too after these kids.

                      I've been doing orangetheory since Halloween. I like it and it challenges me. I joined their weight loss challenge and they require 3 classes a week, which is actually on the high end. I had DH set up my bike on the trainer and plan to do some extra 30 min workouts on it
                      Married to a newly minted Pediatric Rad, momma to a sweet girl and a bunch of (mostly) cute boy monsters.

                        I went to the gym with DH and the teens. Nothing like out running your 15 and 16 yo girls to boost a big girl's ego a tad!

                              I get the giant bandage off my thumb on Monday, and I'm really hoping to join a gym and start working out after that. I'm going to need you guys to keep me motivated once I start.
