Totally fell off the wagon. I’m still maintaining but I feel like crud. Gotta get back to eating my veggies.

I feel your pain. Thomas and I ate out twice this week and then I made chocolate e chip cookies with Zoe. I swore I wouldn’t have any and I had two. I’ve been over on calories 3 days this week. Ugh. No weigh in for me.
Take it! There will be other times when weight gain may not make sense.
Also, it goes to show that weight loss is not a science where 4-2=2, but is more of an art where you eat well and exercise, and then wait to see what your body will give you.
But this next week is a different story. I had eaten pizza last night, which is already a borderline choice. Then a friend came over and took me out for Vietnamese food for dinner. Then I bought ice cream. Needless to say I had a stomach ache by the end of it all. And I had better get my butt in gear or I will be gaining alot more this next week!
I gained 1 pound this week. And I am feeling RELIEVED.
I considered yesterday writing the apology post saying that I had had two dinners last Friday because a friend needed to talk, and then ice cream, then my Mom's birthday celebration started where I ate huge nachos, and cake on 2 days, then I just never got back into good eating easily. And I weighed myself on Day 2 of Mom's birthday and had gained **10**!!! pounds. So after all that, I was so delighted to only gain 1 pound! I hopped back on the scale to check! And I feel as light and joyful as I usually do after I have a big loss. So I don't need the apology/explanation post after all lol.
I had a bad food week last week so I didn’t weigh. I’m back on track as of yesterday.
NSV: I was able to buy pants for myself 3 sizes smaller than when I began. I’ve gone from a 24 to an 18. My 3x tops are all too big. I replaced a bunch with 2x and 1x depending on the cut.

So proud of you and so happy for the visible measurable weight loss in clothing sizes change! Yay!! Isn't that fun. And satisfying!
As for me, I am making my excuses now. I went to make peanut butter cookies today, and ate dough. Dough is my downfall, cooked cookies I can resist. So, I'm pessimistic about my weigh this week.
