      I ran 6 miles today, my longest so far! I'd done it on the treadmill last weekend, but it's so different outside. I was also a lot slower than usual; ended up being 12'44"/mile.

            Ok really fell off over the weekend. Too much pizza and beer. Today is a new day! My goal this week is lots of vegetables and get my sister to gym with me!

                First day of school! Did a tempo workout (3/4 mile warmup, 35 minutes running hard, 1/4 mile cooldown).

                  Working out as intended. Diet could use some work. Taking a day off barre and it's been raining since early this morning, so not sure when I'll get my walk in.

                    Getting back in the groove! Ran/walked to our favorite donut shop to get donuts for the kids' first day of school, then walked home. Just over 2 miles.

                      3 weeks, then I can start adding weight training 1x a week. Still doing 3x a week for HIIT/plyo, but needing a little more.


                      First weight goal has been surpassed! Now onto my first 20 lb tier (next goal).

                          Went to yoga tonight. Monday is my only regular hour day (9-5) at work so I usually spend the evening with Chris, making dinner etc. He's away so I did something positive for me with my evening. Now it's sangria time.
