Slogged through barre this morning. Only having 12 hrs between classes was unwise.

It should have been a running day, but my leg is hurting again, so I did some sit ups, planks, and burpees this morning. I'll try to do a few more throughout the afternoon. It always amuses the kids.

Got on the bike today! I did a fifty minute ride and it felt really good.

That's great! I'm riding again but not so fearless after my crash.

Gosh, you're reminding me that every previous time I've ridden since my car accident in 2005, I've been mildly anxious. This was the first really confident ride in 10 years. Take your time and be as cautious as you need, but don't let it hold you back forever! Life has risks, eh?

Worked out twice again yesterday. Hoping for the same today. O and I leave tomorrow for our trip so I'm expecting to be doing lots of walking but probably not as many work outs.

I think I've lost a pound over the last week or so! Maybe? Idk. I had less muffin top in my pants yesterday.

Thirteen, I have no idea how you can do that! If it's over 85, I don't even attempt to work out outside, and we don't come close to your humidity!

10 minutes ellipticals and 30 minutes weights today. I went up 5 lbs on chest and half of my shoulder reps.

We've been hemorrhaging money since the move this summer, and we're only just now turning it around. I knew from you guys that we should expect a lot of expenses during the move from residency to fellowship, but I still wasn't prepare for all the extra costs.

                          It really is so much.
We now tell people to budget 15-20k, factoring in an interstate move and the lag time of paycheck/reimbursement.

Oops, I just realized I posed my last message in the wrong thread! Can someone move it to the budgeting thread MSB started?

I had a workshop today from 9 to 4 and sat on my butt the whole time. My parents are here to watch the kids though, so I'm going to try to go for a walk while they take DS to soccer practice.

Well I haven't walked in the last 2 days, but I did pick up some SF pudding and jello cups for my after dinner sweet snacks so I'm not tempted to have something worse. I need to get in the habit of following the GD diet again, even if I don't actually have it this time.
