Thanks. Feeling weepy off and on today. I feel bad for dh. She was his cat. Had her since birth essentially and she was 13. Like a freak out bad person I called him and told him crying. Then he has the rest of the day at work. Worst part is that I think the dog is responsible, if not partly. Both cats were in the dining room. The dog saw them and got super excited. He jumped the baby gate. The cats scrambled - mine jumped the other gate and Dusty squeezed through it. Five minutes later she was in a bad way and ten minutes after that she was dead. Her tail was all puffed up.Wife to Hand Surgeon just out of training, mom to two lovely kittys and little boy, O, born in Sept 08.

I'm dressed and ready to go in, and the appliance man even came early and finished relatively quickly. But now that he's gone, I don't think I want to leave. I don't remember the last time I've been home by myself in a quiet house!Wife to PGY5. Mommy to baby girl born 11/2009. Cat mommy since 2002
