We have a new playmate coming to our house. I'm actually very private about inviting others over, so I'm a little nervous about this.

Verizon is coming to fix our VOD. If DS can't watch Elmo for free, bad things happen.

Yes, 2 and 3 years apart. My body likes a certain time of the year to conceive. We didn't plan it that way. I don't really like it.

I wouldn't like that either. One of my best friends has three kids with birthday all with in the same 3 week span. Its a totally stress ball for her every single year.

Today my husband texted me that e loves me and we need to be nicer to each other. He's right. His first reaction to my road rash last night was "now you know how it feels" (there is backstory so he isn't a total unfeeling jerk, just a little but of one) and I may have told him to go to hell. :/

Today, as in early morning today, N woke up screaming and wouldn't go back to sleep. Even the end all be all of nurse and cuddle didn't help. Poor baby couldn't get comfortable and it was awful to watch her writhe in pain. I think she had awful awful gas pains, but it has never been so bad before.

Today Dh is on call for the first time in several weeks.

Discovered Honey Boo Boo. Um, are they all "special" or just inbred? There is NO WAY that gene pool is deeper than a puddle.

Wow. Now I feel like a total dick. Apparently, one of the gals in this family (a sister, I think) just had a baby with an extra thumb. This is why I don't watch "reality" TV. It makes me feel like I should go swim in a pool full of Purell.

Today I'm trying to have a good attitude. The weather isn't helping my migraine. DH is on call but it is moonlighting. It isn't a good time for it because we have so much going on. I could use the help.

My sweet baby makes me smile every day. I wish she would stay little for ever.

Today I'm returning some curtains and finally getting our bedroom totally done!
Today I'm skimming the fat off the chicken stock I made last night and freezing enough to last for months!
Today -- well just now, as I was writing this post actually -- I caught the damn dog peeing in the house again. Male dogs are so much harder to potty train than female dogs.

Today, I am taking the kids to their dad's.

Today, I may just piss their dad off completely by bringing a friend on the drive which is 8 hours round trip. Said friend is male and I have known him for 20 years. He is becoming my stand in date for events that I am tired of doing alone and the ex will assume that it is a romantic relation. Which it isn't. It is petty, but I am taking great glee in pissing him off.

Looks like I'll be driving for three hours today to deposit DH's pay check because even though DH got the direct deposit info to HR in plenty of time, the dumbass doing the data entry couldn't figure out how to get it to work, wouldn't ask for help from anyone, and kept asking us to "verify" the info with our bank. Here's an idea, ask someone from your office for help or call your software tech and ask for help using it. You have voided copies of our checks and deposit slips. You have the correct info, dipshit.

Sigh. I hope the highway is back open.
