I wasn't referring to you in particular T&S, sorry if it seemed that way.
I just know a lot of people who won't even listen to him because of the socialist label.
ETA - There are some policies of his that I don't agree with and a lot of them would never come to fruition but I feel like he's on my side at least. Given the terrible line up of presidential candidates, that's better than nothing.

Meanwhile, I'm trying to convince my family and friends that Trump won't be elected. The whole world thinks we're nuts because of this idiot. Someone needs to shut him up.

      Agree, it's very unfortunate.

I'm not a fan of Sanders at all, but if it was vote for him or ban all Muslims from entering the country (and who knows what else by the time Trump's time in office was through) I would have to vote for Sanders. Not even a choice, IMO.

My problem with Sanders isn't so much most of his policies, but that he wants to find them by "taxing the 1% and corporations." Not gonna be enough dude. Even in Europe everyone pays higher taxes, not just the super rich or even the rich. Id like to know more about his college for all proposal. I'm definitely against a blanket college for all, but am not upset by a more European system that has restrictions and qualifiers on who gets to go where and study what. But I don't think most of his supporters get that either. I feel like it is "Free everything for all on the rich's dime" and that is just a fantasy. If it were him vs Trump is vote independent or write in

I'd be interested to know the cost of tuition at 2-yr and 4-yr colleges v. the amount of tax evasion practiced by corporations and citizens that purposefully shelter $ in offshore accounts or establish HQ in foreign countries (after beginning in the USA and availing themselves of the US market, patent and trademark protections, talent, etc.). I imagine the tax revenue would be quite substantial, and whether it went towards free tuition or covered only part of it, that tax money should be coming back here.

              Just dropping this here:

Also, go to Facebook and type "friends who like donald trump". I'm considering unfriending the one person I have on my list who also "likes" the Donald J. Trump page. I barely knew her when she lived here and she's been on the east coast for years. But it feels petty. Hm.

I saw this! Pretty funny! No friends that like him but I could pretty much tell that by my feed.

I heard someone on the radio today saying that Carter denying visas to people immigrating from Iran during his term was the same as barring Muslims from the US. Not the same. "Muslim" is not a country. We don't have hostilities with Muslims.

He's bothered me from day one. I've moved from irritation to disbelief to action.

It's time to thin the heard. He's cheapening our culture, our Government, our beliefs. The GOP needs to take care of this mess yesterday.

His supporters yelled out a Nazi salute at his Las Vegas rally, and that they cheered when one of the screamed for a BLM protester to be set on fire... From what I've seen he has yet to address it. How utterly horrifying.
