I just received a new (totally unsolicited) debit card in the mail from USAA. They said my card had been compromised by the Target data theft. Interestingly, I haven't used my card there in years....my husband did this Christmas and we changed his immediately afterwards. I'm guessing the bank is being cautious since my card is in their larger database?? Or because it is somehow compromised because it is linked to the same accounts as my husband's card?Angie
