    I don't really mind the cold, I just wish the subways were heated. Sitting in an unheated metal box that opens the doors every 2 minutes isn't fun. But I'm ok walking. With the cold, as with the heat, as long as you stick to the building-car-building rule, it's bearable.

    Oh, and I just couldn't bring myself to spend over $100 on a pair of Uggs. That's way too much for such ugliness.

            I'm also one that doesn't mind the cold. I took our dog for our normal mile-or-so walk this weekend, even though it didn't get above single digits!

              DH got home from a week of freezing his baguettes off in DC. He keeps talking about how waaaarm it is here. To think I've been chilly.
